If customers send SMS messages on a weekend or holiday, they will receive an automated message letting them know that we will respond during our next business day.

We take our legal obligations seriously and will comply with all relevant regulations, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States, when sending SMS messages to customers. We will maintain records of our SMS communications, including opt-ins, opt-outs, and message content, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
