My Package is Late or Lost!
We’re sorry to hear that. Let us know asap. We can call the shipping company and get matters resolved. Many times we can even rush out replacements.
Problems can happen with shipments. Sometimes we are notified of this and try to resolve it before you’re even made aware of it. Sometimes we are not alerted. Either way, we can work directly with FedEx, UPS, or DHL and get this taken care of.
My package was damaged or my order is wrong!
Again, we hate to hear this. Packages can unfortunately get damaged and something may arrive wrong with an order. Everything we do is 100% custom-made. Although mistakes are rare, they can (and do) happen.
We won’t leave you with a damaged print or incorrect print. Don’t worry. Contact us and we can discuss rushing out new prints or even escalating the matter to our billing department.
What do you need from me, in order to help me?
The following details help: These include your name and an email the order was placed with. This helps us access you details. If you have the package in front of you, on the label, you should see NOTES which contain a series of letters and numbers. This also can help us track down your order.
The label notes start with either DC, BF, QD, etc.
